Go back in the front loops of rnd 13, hold your piece upside down, attach your yarn and ch 1.
In the same st make a bo and sl st into the next st, (bo, sl st) x 17
At the end of the rnd you should have 18 bo sts.

With green
Ch 6, starting from the 2nd ch from the hook make 5 st sts.
FO and leave a long tail for sewing
Assembly
Stable the stem on the top of your cherry with a few sts.
Sew the cherry in the middle of the small whipped cream.
Sew the small whipped cream in the middle top part of the mini cake.
Αlternatively you can use a hot glue gun to glue the whipped cream and the cherry in place.
