📋 Ingredients:

🍏 2 large apples (Fuji), cored and peeled

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of a 9x3-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides and bottom with butter or cooking spray. 🧈
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, mix flour and baking powder. 🍚
3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, and eggs. Beat with a whisk for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy. 🥚
4️⃣ Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla until just combined. 🥄
5️⃣ Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, whisking just until combined. Do not over-mix. 🍶
6️⃣ Chop one apple into small chunks and fold into the batter. 🍏
