Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until smooth.

4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

5. Spoon a small amount of batter into each cupcake liner, filling them about one-third full.

6. Place a teaspoon of chocolate fudge sauce in the center of each cupcake, then cover with more batter until the liners are about two-thirds full.

7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each cupcake for added richness.

8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the edges comes out clean, but the center remains gooey.

9. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
