STICKY GOCHUJANG TOFU 💚
I can’t imagine a life without tofu - something I never imagined saying once upon a time 🤣
Here’s one of my favourite recipes with the most delicious sticky sauce. If you love peanut butter, you could always add a spoonful for extra deliciousness 👌😍
Ingredients 
1 pack @tofoo cubed or broken into chunks
1 tbspn cornflour 
1 tbspn oil or spray oil 
1 red pepper, chopped 
Spring onions 
Black and white sesame seeds 
Sticky sauce ingredients 
2 tbspn light soy sauce 
1 tbspn dark soy sauce 
2 tbspn @myvegan sugar free maple syrup 
2 tspn sesame oil 
2 tspn gochujang paste 
1 thumb size piece ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves,  crushed 
2 tbspn water 
Method 
- toss the tofu in the cornflour until fully coated
- Add it to a frying pan, preheated with the oil and cook over a medium heat until crispy 
- Add the red peppers and half of the spring onions and stir fry for 5 minutes 
- Meanwhile add all the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix together 
- Add the sauce to the pan and continue to fry until the sauce has reduced and is sticky 
- Serve with steamed rice, the rest of the spring onions and sesame seeds 
- Enjoy 😊
