Miso Butter Mushroom & Tofu Porridge Bowl🌿

the porridge:
45g oats
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp tamari
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp sesame seeds
salt + pepper, to taste
water
the toppings:
100g sliced mushrooms
85g extra firm tofu
1 tbsp salted vegan butter
1 tsp miso paste
salt + pepper, to taste
sesame seeds
cucumber ribbons
micro greens
Cook oats according to package instructions. Stir in remaining ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning to suit your personal preference.
In a frying pan over medium heat, cook mushrooms and tofu in butter until both are golden. Season and stir in miso paste.
Serve porridge topped with miso butter mushrooms + tofu, sesame seeds, cucumber ribbons & micro greens. Enjoy!
