Miso Butter Mushroom & Tofu Porridge Bowl🌿⁣

⁣45g oats⁣
⁣1 tbsp nutritional yeast⁣
⁣1/2 tsp tamari⁣
⁣1 tbsp hemp hearts⁣
⁣1 tsp sesame seeds ⁣
⁣salt + pepper, to taste ⁣
⁣water ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣the toppings:⁣
⁣100g sliced mushrooms⁣
⁣85g extra firm tofu ⁣
⁣1 tbsp salted vegan butter⁣
⁣1 tsp miso paste⁣
⁣salt + pepper, to taste ⁣
⁣sesame seeds ⁣
⁣cucumber ribbons⁣
⁣micro greens⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Cook oats according to package instructions. Stir in remaining ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning to suit your personal preference. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣In a frying pan over medium heat, cook mushrooms and tofu in butter until both are golden. Season and stir in miso paste. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Serve porridge topped with miso butter mushrooms + tofu, sesame seeds, cucumber ribbons & micro greens. Enjoy! ⁣
