    Lovely loaded onto crunchy toast & my creamy caramelised leek hummus.

    Here’s the recipe for the sprouts! Enjoy ❤️❤️

    - 500g Brussels sprouts, halved
    - 2 tbsp olive oil
    - 2 tbsp maple syrup
    - 1 tbsp soy sauce
    - 1 tbsp balsamic
    - 2 tbsp nutrional yeast
    - Zest 1 lemon
    - 50g toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
    - Sea salt and black pepper to taste

    - Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark
    - Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and maple syrup, soy, nutritional yeast then spread on a baking tray.
    - Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden.
    - Remove from the oven and toss with toasted hazelnuts. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
