- *For the Chicken:*
- 500g chicken fillets, cubed
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Aromat seasoning
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Nando’s sauce (or preferred hot sauce)
- *For the Sliders:*
- 6-8 slider buns
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Slices chees
- 2 tbsp garlic butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
1. Marinate the Chicken
Mix the ginger garlic paste, red chili paste, paprika, chili powder, Aromat, tandoori masala, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken and marinate for 3-4 hours.
2. Cook the Chicken:
In a pan, heat butter and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes. Add the chopped bell pepper , and cook until tender (5 more minutes).
3. Prepare the Sauce
Stir in mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and Nando’s sauce Add in the chicken.
4. Assemble the Sliders:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice buns, spread tomato sauce on the bottom, add grated cheese and layer with chicken filling. Add cheese slices and top with the bun lid.
5. Add Garlic Butter:
Brush garlic butter on top of each slider bun and sprinkle parsley.
6. Bake:
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
